Cleo Madia Bryant Paasewe took Wonde to the top with her experience from the Women's Secrate Society. Because of her good job she was again given another offer as a lead dancer for the Queen of Folk Songs in Liberia (Fatu). While still working with the Wonde Dance Troupe, Cleo tough many in her home. She performed and did workshops in and out of Liberia. Cleo also studied with many artist. Cleo has become one of the most outstanding performers in Liberia. She danced not only her trible dance, but all the trible dances in Liberia. Cleo is a very fast and strong dancer with lots of energy. She is easy going but wide to the sound of the drum. Cleo is a choreography and an African hair designer. Today Cleo is here in the U.S. to promote the Liberian traditional Culture, with love and respect. Cleo is now the director of the Wonde Dance Troupe of Columbus. |
